Account Deletion Request
ChatterUp 사용자는 앱 안에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
ChatterUp 앱을 실행합니다.
프로필 화면으로 이동합니다.
계정관리를 선택합니다.
회원탈퇴를 선택합니다.
계정 삭제 요청을 확인합니다.
이미 앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우, 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제 요청 시, ChatterUp 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소를 함께 보내 주세요. 해당 이메일을 기준으로 계정을 확인합니다.

계정과 관련된 서비스 이용 기록
결제, 환불, 부정 이용 방지, 분쟁 대응, 세금, 회계 또는 법적 의무 이행을 위해 필요한 일부 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
Open the ChatterUp app.
Go to Profile.
Tap Account Management.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm the account deletion request.
If you have already deleted the app or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by email.
When sending a deletion request, please include the email address used to create your ChatterUp account so we can identify your account.

Some records related to payment, refunds, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, or legal obligations may be retained for the period required by applicable laws and regulations.
